Kerr, Russell and Weber has been part of the Detroit landscape since 1874. Indeed, the firm has long been recognized by the Historical Society of Michigan as a Michigan Centennial Business.

We would not have thrived in this community for so long without a strong commitment to community participation and leadership. “Giving back” to the community which has enriched us for so long only comes naturally.

Our lawyers have held positions of leadership within local, state and national bar associations. Two of our attorneys sit on the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly. Our attorneys advise numerous non-profit boards. The firm has won many awards for its pro bono service. We annually commit financial support to a community foundation dedicated to improving the lot of the less fortunate.
