Jonathan S. Berg is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Berg practices in the areas of securities and business law and various areas of litigation and corporate law.

 

Mr. Berg is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section, the American Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

 

Mr. Berg is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He was a member of the Frank Murphy Honors Society, Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honors Society, and was a recipient of the Virginia Leo Sirotnak Scholarship and the Dean’s Scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Berg served as Executive Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates.

 

Mr. Berg is also a graduate of Miami University in Ohio, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.
