Cheryl Popp, President
A long-time resident and homeowner in Sausalito where she also operates a business, Cheryl has been active in the community for over 15 years. She has over 25 years of professional experience in marketing & communications and currently owns and operates her own public relations agency in Sausalito with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups, as well as municipalities such as the City of Sausalito where she has done a wide range of marketing, including media relations, event management, and the production of the City’s first promotional video. Cheryl is a third-generation native Californian, graduate of U.C. Berkeley, and avid athlete who loves to cook. |

Tom Campagna, Immediate Past President
Tom has been an active real estate broker for more than 30 years. Throughout his career, Tom has been involved in residential, investment, development and property management. Tom has listed and sold hundreds of properties in California, has served in the boards of local, regional, and state professional trade associations, and has served his community as a member of the Planning Commission and President of the Chamber of Commerce. In 1967-69, Tom worked as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in the remote Sierra Madre mountain ranges of Panama. There he worked with the local villagers to establish six cooperatives. All six are still operational today. |

Ann Arnott, Secretary
Ann Arnott has been active in the business, the artistic, and the social life of Sausalito for over 40 years. In the 70s, Ann and a partner opened the first restaurant on Caledonia Street. Also in the 70s, she was elected President of the Sausalito Woman’s Club, and was eventually elected “Honored Member” in recognition of “her long and outstanding service.” She was one of the earliest supporters of the Sausalito Art Festival -- and is currently President of the Art Festival Foundation. In 2005, Ann was elected to the Board of the Sausalito-Marin City Sanitary District. And for over 20 years, she has been a Member of the Sausalito Chamber, who recently honored her with a Lifetime Achievement Award. |

Joseph Lemon, Treasurer
Joe grew up in Sausalito, and is thrilled to still be living and working here as the Project Manager for Sausalito Shipyard & Marina. He holds degrees from Brown University (A.B.), Stanford University (J.D.), and Oxford University (M.B.A.). Joe is a member of three other chambers of commerce, where his businesses have been recognized as the best among their peers. His prior experience includes venture capital/private equity financing, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate management. After law school, Joe served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard R. Clifton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Joe's articles on law and business have been published by Stanford University, the University of Minnesota, and the University of Texas; and he has authored a guidebook published by the American Bar Association. Believing that a rising tide raises all ships, Joe joined the Chamber Board with the hope of helping to enhance the economic environment of Sausalito for the benefit of its businesses and residents alike. |

Eileen Callahan, Director
Eileen Callahan has been in the financial markets for 20 years. She spent 15 years as an independent market-maker in the trading pits of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. After moving to Sausalito 4 years ago, she has worked in investment banking and at the trading execution firm Mercenary Trading. |

Stacey Fraser, Director
Stacey Fraser is a Marin county native and has worked in the retail sector for the past 30 years. Since 2005, she has been the co-owner of the popular Sausalito clothing boutique, Dis & Dat. Dis & Dat was awarded Business of the Year by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce in 2008. She has made Sausalito her home since 1996 and is an active member of the business and resident community. |

Chris Gallagher, Director
Chris been in federal service for over 24 yrs. Her career started with the National Park Service before moving to the Forest Service and then bringing her to the Bay Model to work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She has served as their manager since 2001. Chris is active in the Sausalito community serving as President of the Rotary Club, Founder & Past President of the Volunteers in Public Safety (VIPS) and on the Tour of CA local organizing committee. Chris also serves on several non-profit boards in Marin that include YMCA, Salvation Army, and Marin Literacy. Her true love is walking the dogs at the Marin Humane Society on the weekends. Chris grew up on the East Coast in Maryland and graduated from Dominican University in San Rafael. |

Deborah Royston, Director
Deborah was born and raised in Northern California and has been a Sausalito resident for 25 years. She has a degree in Social Welfare and worked in this field for 7 years. She then moved to corporate sales, where she has had an extremely successful career, for the past 20 years. Deborah is outgoing and gregarious person and is the life and soul of any party, so this make her the ideal Co-Chair for our Monthly Member Mixers! |

Camara Scremin, Director
As a licensed agent for almost 10 years, Camara has served the San Francisco and Marin markets. Educated at USC with an emphasis in both accounting and finance, Camara found her love of real estate during 5 years in the mortgage banking industry handling diverse fields such as secondary marketing and hedging, wholesale loan production and builder development business. With a solid understanding of real estate and finance issues combined with unwavering integrity and honesty, Camara has garnered the trust of many clients over the years. Camara is active in environmental and disaster preparedness issues and lives in Sausalito with her husband, Dennis. With the sincere belief that Marin County is a paradise to live in, Camara keeps current with the local issues and politics that affect our quality of life. |

Jeff Scharosch, Director and Former President
Jeff has been actively involved in the Hospitality restaurant business for over 20 years with the past 15 years being in Sausalito as a general manager of the Spinnaker Restaurant. Additionally he is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco Hospitality Industry Management Program. Jeff’s local community involvement includes being Co-Chair of the Amgen Tour of California, Appointed Member of the Business Advisory Committee, Hospitality Committee and a Past President of the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce. |
